Any indication SIG might be considering red dot capability on the 365? It would only add a little bulk but would be a neat feature it seems to me. Being a resident of A. Couno's socialist paradise a 10 round slim SIG has a lot of appeal.

To each his own but as slim as the P365 is as a single stack, I would have doubts that it would be viable w/o looking like you know what. The aftermarket probably wouldn't see the platform as a viable candidate to do the R&D. Basically, it's a high capacity pocket pistol size platform with the bonus of included night sights. Just my opinion, but what's not to like as it comes right from the factory. If people would mind their own damn business this country would be better off. I owe no one an explanation or an apology for my personal opinion.

Considering there are folks doing custom RMR cuts on G43s, Shields, and PM9s, I see no reason why they wouldn't/couldn't do the same on the P365. They're all roughly the same size.

I wasn't aware that anyone made the sight for a narrow slide but the image proves my point. It defeats the purpose of a purposely designed single stack concealed pistol and looks like you know what. Again, just my opinion. Yours apparently differs. We're all made different. If people would mind their own damn business this country would be better off. There is also a new Shield mini red dot sight coming out, thinner still. (The RMSc - Reflex Mini Sight Compact) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice.

Not a fan of a red dot sight on a carry gun but others may be. Sig P320 X-Compact 9mm Bul SAS 11 UL 9mm US Army Veteran NRA Member "Remember the first rule of gunfighting...have a gun"-Jeff Cooper

Thanks everyone that responded. I was just curious as the trend toward red dots seems pretty big. I have a red dot on one pistol and am still not totally comfortable with it after several hundred rounds so I'm not ready to jump in and I do see both side of the issue.
