I purchased a legion frame a short time ago without a barrel and slide. I had an old slide and barrel with LCI. I married the pair and they shoot just fine. Any thoughts, will it cause problems in the long run. Many thanks!!!!!!

None at all. I do it all the time. P220 DA/SA, P220 Carry SAO, P220 Stainless Match Elite. All 45ACP of course. The only time you have an issue is if the caliber in the topend requires a different locking block in the bottom end. For instance I can not swap slides, without changing locking blocks, between the P220s that I have from above with my P220 Elite 10mm. The 45 and 10mm use different locking blocks. If I wanted to go to the trouble to change the locking block, then it would work fine. Ultimately the only issue with swapping slides and frames around is that you might have different wear patterns and if you do it a lot you may wear things out faster than they might have otherwise. (This from Bruce Grey himself).
