VictimNoMoreSomething classy arrived, pics in OP.
Looks great. I am just down the road from Novaks…and have never stopped in.
After seeing your BHP, it is now on my must-do list for 2026.

Missed it by that much.
Very nice HP, though

patwI wouldn't call it classy but I would call it gorgeous. Very nice find, especially with all of the work done on it. I like the texturing on the front of the grip/frame. Any issue with hammer bite? I had to change the hammer on mine years ago due to it.

I agree it’s not quite a HK P7, or Walter PPK, or the little beretta 92 that’s smaller and shoots 380.
Those are classy guns, but I’ve always been a huge fan of the lines on a Hi-power. Subjective for sure, but I find it sexier than most any other firearm. Doesn’t hurt that it points naturally for me. Something a 1911 and other handguns don’t do.
Between the hi-power and the DWX Compact it set on carry guns for, well forever I assume.
I did realize that I’m 100% 9mm now for semi auto handguns. Didn’t do it on purpose, just noticed as I was putting it on the gun wall.
For those who asked, I bought this from someone who had the work done. The price was too good to pass up. Wouldn’t have been able to get a hi power and the work for the price. Plus I didn’t have to wait the year+ for the work.
I haven’t shot it yet. Hopefully in the next couple weeks. I don’t see the hammer giving me issues. It’s a considerable gap and I don’t have overly large hands to begin with.
