| IWB, for me the SP101 brings enough added benefits to justify its additional weight. J frames do not work as pocket guns for me and are therefore relegated to ankle or NPE IWB.
The two actually compliment one another more so than compete in my experience. |

Light, but the hogue grips tame recoil pretty well. Enclosed hammer, the front sight is easily swapped to something easier to pick up at speed, and good trigger out of the box.
I don’t have an LCR but did dry fire one. Best trigger out of all in my opinion, even better than my 442 with reduced weight springs. I just wish it came with a grip as slim and compact as the 442 since I pocket carry. |
