I don’t know at this point why I still am surprised at the service from Top Gun Supply.
I got an email “in stock” notification on Thursday morning, for some Check-Mate mags I’d inquired about several months ago. I immediately logged in and ordered several. I received order confirmation within a minute, then, Lo and behold, 19 minutes later I received email saying my mags had shipped! The mags arrived in my rural mailbox at noon today(Saturday)!
A nice touch from them every time is a personalized, hand written “thank you” on the invoice.
I wish the company I work for would copy Top Guns business model.

I accidentally happened upon TGS while in Cleveland for the Junior Gold bowling tournament in 2017. I about wrecked my vehicle rubbernecking as I drove by the place. I was in shock that I was so near to it and didn't know it. I dropped my wife & daughter off at the campground and returned to do some shopping.

Nice showroom. Cool historical pistol display. Wonderful staff. I told the gentleman who was assisting me that I could not buy a pistol due to losing my job after 22 years with the same company. He insisted on showing me all of the new Sigs anyway(P226 Legion 357 was my favorite). He was not pushing a hard sell, but he knew I would appreciate handling them. I thought that was very honorable.

I will pay more and have done so several times just for the pleasure of shopping with them. GREAT RETAILER.

I had one transaction with them when I didn’t hear back in less then 20 hours or so and my first thought was geez I hope nobody is sick or hurt or had a death in the family.
