30 carbine, magnums (particularly with light for caliber bullets,), black powder guns (especially with heavily lubed bullets), and shotguns... these things divert my attention from my target shooting.
I used to bring my DW 445sm with me and a handful of ammo with 180gr bullets under a caseful of 1680 for when such things happened. Fine, lets make it warm and bright in here.

Old school S&W revolvers and classic 1911’s. For me the 1911’s need a traditional spur hammer and no beavertail.

That being said 1911s always get my attention as do Smith and Wesson Performance Center offerings and of course MP5s that are not 9MM

Love those S&S’s.
I have a 4906 and a 6906. Incredible guns.im not a fan of their M&P series though. I’m mostly sn HK and Sig buyer now.
Those Smiths would get my attention though. I rarely see them anymore. I guess at 55 I’m old and people are moving to Striker fired. I am as well but the old hammer fired are still my favorites.

I go to the public range a few times per month. The stupid Star Wars looking guns catch my attention as well..

Just because something is legal to do doesn't mean it is the smart thing to do.

The only time I really pay any attention to other guns is if they catch my ear, as in sounding out of the ordinary.

The 845s arev spectacular shooters, bue the sexiest S&W Performance Center offerings are probably the 3566 Limited and 3566 Compact with their unique two tone finish

While this look was fresh back in 1992, many companies have copied the idea since

Like captain127 said, old school revolvers. Most of the ones shooting them are very good with them.

Usually, people come to see what I'm shooting.

LOL! Big Grin

However, I did go see an AK pistol once.
