In early January (well before the recent storm) I sent a slide into GlockStore for porting with a promised turnaround time of 10 days. FedEx shows delivered and signed for on January 5th. Since then, zero communications from them. They have ceased answering their toll free number, claiming too much volume. Same thing with the number for the retail store. I emailed them (with a promised 5 day response time) and also have had no response. So... Does anyone out there in SF land have any other numbers I can try to reach them? The two unanswered numbers are 615.682.6565 and 800.601.8273. Thanks in advance!

They have a youtube channel as well. You could try a message on there. That is definitely strange.

Middle TN seems to have been hammered. So I would guess you may need to wait on a response for some time and I wouldn't judge them too harshly for that at least.

My G19 slide shows it was just delivered to the GS today, 1/26, for the 10 day slide cut.
I’ll let you know if I get any communication from them on mine.

Not defending Glockstore, but Middle TN is dealing with some major problems from the ice storm. There are still 200k people without power, treacherous roads (side roads), random traffic lights without power, so there’s a good chance they have been closed since the weekend. These record breaking low temps are further hampering the ability for the city to recover.

Update: It took an hour but I did reach someone via the text function. Supposedly the slide is in QC and will ship fairly soon. No firm date. I know TN has been hit hard by the storm, but this deal should have concluded a lot sooner. The 10 day turnaround was why I opted for it as I did not want my gun to be down for months.

Darn. I just bought a G26X frame (M1X) from them a few days ago. Hope it shows up.

The slides are taking longer than expected to be done, due to the sale they had over the holidays. They got more slides than they thought they would get so the 10 day things is gone for now, which they stated on the website. Now they have also not been in the shop due to the storms and power outages. Just got the email today.

I had a slide sent in last month, December and it is still there at the shop. I know of others who had their slides in before that and they are still waiting.

Just an update of my slide that I sent in, they received it in on Jan 26th. I just got a confirmation email that it was indeed there and they will be working on it for the workorder services (10 day Slide Cut machining).
They also mentioned as another member her already stated that they are backed up do to holiday volume and the timeline will be longer than usual.

I had also called about it yesterday and the fella I spoke to said that they had just had a power outage which lasted the better part of the week and that set them back even more than the volume issue.

I ordered some mags from them right before the storm.. I received a tracking number on Jan 23 but no movement until 2/2, Fed Ex finally acknowledged receiving the pkg.

I emailed them and they didn't have power. I finally got my mags today 2/4.

I got my slide back today and have to say they did an amazing job. I also ordered the optic cover plate they sell, in case I can't do the rds thing again and it fits like a glove in their cut.

I got my M1X (G26X frame) and it’s awesome. They lost power for 10-14 days or so which caused some shipping delays.

Update: My slide arrived today. Looks great! I would recommend the service but dont count on the 10 day turnaround. A note included with the slide would indicate they are swamped with orders.

I'm on the fence about buying one of those.
I have a G26 that sits in the safe.
I think I would utilize it more with the M1X frame.
It would eliminate my want/need for a G43X.

Have you had any range time with it yet?
Thanks.

Just an update to my slide cut timeframe for those considering doing it also, they received the slide on 1/26 and I got the FedEx tracker yesterday 2/20 that it’s on the way back to me. Obviously longer than 10 days but understandable.

And @ 1lowlife, I have the Glock Store 26X/M1X frame. I’ve paired it with a gen4 G27 topend and wow what a nice 40Cal shooter it became.
I currently have it set up with a gen5 G26 topend and am very happy with the ergonomics.
