Nope. Gen 4 G17 and G19 use different locking blocks.

But you can put a Gen 4 G19 slide on a G26. Same locking block.

And you can put a Gen 4 G34 slide on a G17. Same locking block.

(Before you ask... no, you can't swap the locking blocks either.)

The G45 is the answer.
