Here is a pic of the Browning BDA .380 which would be on my short list for a medium sized .380.

Don't buy a PPK/S. No matter how much you like James Bond. It looks great. You feel like you have what might be the idea 380. Trigger pull is about a thousand pounds. Good luck with that first shot.
