I just got my Sig XFive Legion and was wondering if anyone has Co-witnessed their DPP with the added Leopold rear iron sights on their XFive Legion. I'm curious if I will need to change out the sig front sight for a taller one.

I haven't, but yes, you're going to need a taller sight. Dawson Precision is my go-to for those types of things. If you can figure out the height of the rear sight and the distance you want to regulate at, they will either sell or make you the front sight.
