Has anyone had their captured recoil spring assembly come apart like the P210A assembly's do?

Took the gun apart to clean it and when I removed the recoil spring assembly parts went flying! The screw head at the front end of the guide rod had broke off like I had heard of happening on P210a's.

This thing has a stout recoil spring. Anyone know what its rated at? Was able to reassemble the pistol but compressing that recoil spring was a challenge.

Called customer service this afternoon and Sig to their credit is sending me a new one gratis.

I have alot of rounds thru mine (maybe 1,000) between my 2 220 10mm's. No issues. I may order an extra one just in case
