SIG family picture
It's been quite a while since I've posted a "family picture" so, here goes....

There are -
7 x Swiss made P49/P210s ( 4 are NIB)
3 x SIG-Hammerli P240s and 2 extra conversion units (2 NIB)
2 x Hammerlis - engraved 208 (NIB) and a 232
SIG P226, P75 & P226R
1921 Parabellum 06/24

The same picture but with 3 other Swiss inclusions...

Lenny you’ve done good! Beautiful family!
One question though, why even quibble over a piddling $1000 for a P75? Happy hunting.

We dont often see P240s or a 208. I love the P240 pistol. Most especially the .32 S&W. Curious Lenny if you load your own ammo for the 2 center fire P240s? If not, what brands of ammo do you find there for them?

Hi David, P240s are great. All 3 calibres .22, .32 & .38 are good but I like shooting the .22 version best of all. It's so smooth. I did read something recently that the .22 version was the rarest type - with only 200 being made. I reload ammunition for all my handguns, and some rifles. I worked out some time ago I was loading for 18 different calibres...

Yeah I know. Sometimes it takes me ages to decide on something - I mean ages ! It took me 12 months to buy my Korth revolver - looked at it's advert online just about every day, and squirreled away a bit of money every month to be able to pay for it !

Thank you Lenny. What is the target gun at top right corner in second photo? I used to load the .32 S&W long full wad cutter for my Benelli. Not as expensive as a P240 but very accurate pistol and I loved shooting that little powder charge. Tight Group powder and 1.5 grains. Teensie amount of powder but would cycle the Benellis weighted slide very fast. Ejection was probably 20 feet down the fireing line. It was a wonderful change from .38, .45 Auto and the .22. I also shot the .22 Short but thats a whole different topic.

The pistol in the top right of the second picture is a Hammerli 232 - an Olympic Rapid Fire pistol in .22 short caliber.

Very nice collection and thanks for sharing. Any idea of which is your favorite?

The one I shoot the most is the 210-2 on the top row, first left. It's been fitted with a SIG sports trigger spring, the fixed rear sight has been replaced with a Dobler rear sight, and the front sight is a SIG white dot - which means it has a fantastic sight picture. I really like the Dobler sights, imho I think they are better than the SIG adjustable sights, certainly more precisely made.
