Wanted one of these 3” Wiley Clapp 10mm for a long time. Ruger just released another batch so I figure I should learn my lesson and pick it up for MSRP.
Paid too much for the 10mm Blackhawk when that run was over.

I've got one. Great concept. Mine shoots very high though.

It’s a much better size and profile than the 4” 610 for carry. I hope it performs as well.
One bad thing about the fixed sights. They are on or not. Can you get a taller front sight aftermarket? This message has been edited. Last edited by: OttoSig,

THAT'S AWESOME!

Just trying to be the “Big Lots” version of Bac’s posts I suppose. Forgot to add that this one is now the, “finest handgun I’ve ever held”

I'm not sure, but I imagine somebody makes something for it. At least you can drift them, which is more than you can do with a gutter sight. Those are truly fixed.
Those Wiley Clapps are darn nice guns, and that's another great pickup!

Love mine and keep thinking I need to get a 7 shot .357 version. Then I remind myself I’m number one on the list at my shop for a new Smith 686 Mountain Gun. Mine carries extremely well in an El Paso Saddlery Street Combat pancake holster.

Very nice! I’ve been admiring the Wiley Clapp models for a while.

Novak sells the same rear sight for the WC but adjustable. Should fix any shooting high/low issues.

I would get one of those if I had not sworn to never buy another 40 caliber of anything again because it has just cost me so much money.

I was shooting a milsurp with the son years ago, may of been the Arisaka from Japan. Anyway, the gun required a ‘fine blade’ to get close to on target, modest ranges. With just casual range shooting, no biggie.
The problem can manifest when one bounces around a fair bit, expecting the sight picture to be the same for each gun.
