Does anyone have or has had one of these? Just wanted to know what your experiences have been like.

I have them in Gen1 & Gen2. They're affordable and punch above their weight class. There are a lot of reviews on YT you can watch. The recurring themes are that EP9s are lightweight, reliable, low-maintenance, and soft-shooting. I too concur and would recommend.

I don't have a lot of experience w/ other PCCs to compare against, although I once demo'ed an HK MP5. Got to run 20 rounds through it. My expectations were high due to the MP5's legendary reputation, so I was a little let down. I didn't feel it was significantly better to shoot (i.e., pleasant & easy to use) than my EP9. I'm not saying the MP5 & EP9 are comparable, just that was my shooting impression.

PS: if you email me where you are in TX, maybe we can arrange to meet for you to demo.

Got Dad one for his birthday and we both like it. Only did one range trip so far, but no issues and quite accurate. I can see why some folks don't like Glock mag fed PCCs as the mag angles toward you instead of away like most PCCs, but the larger mags are easier to work with than standard G17 or shorter mags.

3 of my friends have Extars, all 3 are happy with them. 2 of them are supressed, no issues.

I’ve had mine for several years. During that time I thought about replacing it with a Stribog, a Scorpion, and most recently, a Kuna. But then I take the Extar out and shoot it, and those thoughts fade away for all the fine shooting characteristics mentioned above. My only wish for the Extar would be the ability to fold its brace like other PDWs, making it a more compact package. But that’s my only knock on it.

I have a Kel Tec Sub 2000 that I like a lot. I've wanted something smaller though, and the EP9 seems like it would get me there. I haven’t seen a bad review on YouTube yet. Thanks for the input.

I had a Sub 2000 Gen2. The way it folds up is cool, but other than that, there wasn't much to like about it for me. I didn't find it comfortable or enjoyable to shoot at all. Night & day difference to me compared to the EP9.
