They work very well.
I would have to check my notes, but if memory serves it dropped my DA pull down to 6.75 pounds with a 19# hammer spring.
SA was just under 3 pounds.

If you are going to buy it, make sure you have the right system for your SIG, either the DAK frame version or non-DAK one. The Rainier Arms link is for the DAK frame only, as their SKU says SYS-EDC-SOT-DAK.
