I have a very early P365 made maybe Feb 2018. It had been 100% reliable for probably 2000 rounds. Lately it had a couple of lite primer strikes, which were ammo related as I had some with other pistols shooting the same batch of ammo. Nevertheless I took the striker out to clean and examine. The striker spring seemed to be kinked so I ordered a new striker kit from Midway. It did not fit my gun. Midway suggested I call Sig which I did. They were aware of the problem as the plastic channel was changed. Sig sent me a label and said to send the slide in and it would be replaced. I did and received a new slide within 3 or 4 days. It would not fit on to the frame. Another call to Sig. They sent a label for the entire gun to be returned. Within a week I received my pistol back. It had been completely rebuilt. Only the frame, serial number and actual trigger were the same. I have fired 200 rounds through it 100% flawlessly. Great customer service. Thanks Sig.

Sounds like they dropped a new slide on your grip+FCU? Congrats. Sig can be great when they want (need?) to be, and even better if you get the right person on the phone. Of all firearms manufacturers--indeed of all companies I've ever dealt with--Ruger has always come through for me like no other.

Groundhog666Has anyone else had a new slide that would not go on to an older frame. The slide they sent at first just would not go on more than 1/32 of an inch on to the frame no matter how I tried. It was either out of spec or something on the frame changed.
