Put a preorder in at impact guns back in July. Received a shipping notification on Thursday. Should be able to pick up Monday.

Pretty gun, and I'll bet it shoots good...if any of these actually get shot. That's a lot of money for a blinged-up P320, though. I'll admit that I do want one of those SXG grip modules, though...I'm just waiting for them to come down a bit.

They are cool. I plan to get one to go with my P226 X-Five Reserve.

I’ve got a P320 AXG Legion and a P320 SXG. I like both. The Reserve is basically a marriage of the two of them, with the polished DLC finish added.

The P320 has always been ugly. Making it look fancy doesn’t change its ugliness.

The grips are made by LOK, and are supposed to provide excellent traction. I agree that they're not very attractive, though. They make a G10 version and a brass version, the latter of which provides significant weight increase, which coupled with the steel SXG frame would make for a very heavy gun and minimal felt recoil. I'm not sure which variant this gun comes with.

IMO some of the features on this gun make a lot of sense on a competition pistol. Unfortunately they also blinged it up with a shiny finish, a name that implies that it's unique or a limited run, and a price tag that's ridiculous for what is essentially a $500 duty gun at it's core. Sig's margin on this thing has got to be huge. Most of these will spend their life in a box, not in a holster.

46.2oz with a mag, that rivals the weight of my railed 5" 1911... Whew...

The 226 reserve is 48.1. When my lgs called to say the 226 had arrived… hey you have a boat anchor here to pick up.

"Dropping" just means that they've started shipping them.

Picked up the p320 SXG Reserve today. I’m not really a 320 fan(just don’t like the striker fired triggers), but I thought with the current environment around the 320 this could ultimately be a very limited run. I also have the 226 Reserve and it is the most beautiful pistol I own. So I took swing on this one. I don’t plan on shooting it. If you want a better review, you should ask someone who likes the 320 series.

I do think it’s cool that this pistol rolled of the assembly line 13 days ago!

Congratulations on the new pistol, it's an interesting look, I'll have to go up to the LGS see if they have one to check out in person
