I'm in need of a new concealment holster for plainclothes wear. It will sometimes be worn concealed and sometimes worn openly, so it needs to be Level II retention, with something beyond just a friction fit/trigger guard detent. Therefore most traditional kydex OWB holsters don't qualify.

I have several Safariland ALS holsters like the 6377/7377, which are great, but those are too bulky to conceal under anything but a large jacket. (None of the big name plainclothes retention holsters, like the 5.11 Thumb Drive/Blackhawk Serpa/Safariland ALS, are true concealment holsters.)

Ideally, I would prefer for it to have the following features:
- Kydex pancake holster, similar in style to the Raven Phantom holsters
- Safariland SLS-style retention hood, rather than thumb-break retention
- Belt attachments mounted directly on the sides of the holster, rather than some sort of centrally-mounted offset platform (like the Safariland or Blade-Tech holsters)
- 10-15 degree forward cant
- Compatible with Glock 17/19 with attached TLR-1 light

Anyone have suggestions on a Kydex holster maker that might offer something like that?

Something similar to this Brave Concealment Level II holster would be ideal, but unfortunately Bravo no longer offers these:

Rekkr Custom Kydex may make something like what you are looking for

LAG Tactical makes holsters for a very wide variety of gun/light combinations. Though they offer most of the requirements you want, minus the added retention, their FAQ states they will consider custom work if you contact them with your request.
