Has anyone seen a comparison of the 365 to the 232/230's with regards to size?

No but a P290 would probably be pretty close to the P365.

The 365 will be smaller. It won’t be as thin in the slide, but I bet it is slimmer in the grip.

The recoil will be WAY less than the P232, as the 365 is not blowback.
