I have a 9mm P2000SK inbound from one of our fine members and would like to source a good quality threaded barrel for the little HK.

I came across HK parts as well as Rim Country Manufacturing. For $180 the Rim Country MFG barrel certainly is one of the more affordable options.

Does anyone here have any experience with them? The reviews over on the HK pages seemed positive. I am leaning towards ordering one.

RCM makes great stuff. I’ve got a couple barrels from them. Their other HK stuff fixed a bunch of problems in my mp5 clones.

Yep, RCM stuff is GTG. Have several of their .357 Sig barrels for my P30 and VP40. Their threaded barrels are great too as they have several thread pitch options beyond OEM.

My threaded barrel for an Hk45 arrives tomorrow. So I’ll see. Heard nothing but good things.

I went ahead and pulled the trigger. It’s reassuring to see the positive posts from fellow members.

RCM ships FAST! I got the barrel in a few days. Smile

The RCM threaded barrel dropped right in and seems to fit just fine. I didn’t know the P30SK had an identical barrel that can interchange until purchasing a threaded barrel.

I’ve always loved the P2000SK as I am a big DA/SA fan. I’m eager to to see how the 9mm version stacks up against my 357Sig and 40S&W P2000SK pistols. Cool

Slight thread drift/ probably a stupid question…what is the deal with these rubber HK bands on the grip?

Finally got out to the range with the new barrel. Shoots fantastic. Ran 250 rounds through it and the rounds were spot on with the factory sights. Fantastic barrel. Ran great suppressed.

RCM products are some of the best I have ever purchased. Their quality and attention to detail is second to none. I purchased a complete bolt carrier unit from them and could not be more pleased.
