Is there a conversion rail for the 365 to a non- proprietary rail?
Looking to get a light/green laser.

Any sugestions on the conversion mount and/or a laser light combo?

Streamlight makes a light/laser for the P365, however, it a red not green laser. Also, they just introduced the subcompact light for the P365 and it is possible a future iteration may have a laser.
