Around 2016 I upgraded my Glock and added a Trijicon optic. At the range maybe the first one and let one of the instructors from the state LEO academy give it a whirl. For some reason the gun just fell out of my carry. In early November pulled it out of my gun safe and noticed the dot had significantly become weak and was not as round. Contacted Trijicon via their website and the had me UPS it to them. Just under a month it's back to me fully functioning and no charge for the service or return shipping. I give them 5 stars! I rarely see a manufacturer or seller perform this well.

Several months ago I sent a ACOG to them for a possible tritium replacement.
Wonderful customer service.
They checked the scope and told me that it was still in spec. I did not owe them anything and they sent it back for free.
I will always check there products when ever I go to buy something that they make.

I've sent them several sets of dead night sights for relamping. It's pretty cheap and they've sent me some freebies when they messed up my order.

I had a “gunsmith” installed set of new Trijicon HDs...and the front sight fell off at an outdoor range.

Damn if we could find that front sight.

I called Trijicon, they said mail them the slide and they’ll take a look...no promises...”they may have to charge me” for a new front sight.

About two weeks later I get my slide with a new front sight...no charge.

In my limited experience, good people. Good product.
