Father just bought a HK P30SK and wants to put night sights on it. I’m guessing HK has done like Sig and started putting sights that make you cover the target with the front sight. If so, can anyone tell me if there is a numbering of sights like Sig and what combo will match the Sig 6/8 combo so that the POI if at the top of the front sight? I don’t wish to hear the”Combat sights are better” discussion. I know what he prefers so anyone that can point me in the right direction I’d appreciate it. At worst, maybe there is a decent adjustable rear night sight set. Thanks.

HK has always had their sights like that. And no, they are not numbered like the Sigs. HKPro, HK parts, and Gray guns are great resources to find out what you need.

I'd recommend Dawson Precision, as I do to everyone who doesn't buy into "combat" sight picture.

Are you wanting to put factory HK sights on it? Because there is no factory option for different height night sights to change the POI. You get one option und you vill like eet.

If you want options then I'd go aftermarket - Dawson Precision or Heine would be good places to start.

Heinie and Trijicon HDs work well and 'normal', not COMBATSIGHTPICTURECRAP. Wink

XS Big Dot should be considered. I have them in my P2000SK and love them.

Perfect. I’m sure he (like me) would prefer the Trijicon HD’s anyway. That’s great news. Thanks.
