BigSwedeWar Poet MR920 PMAG issues
Wondering if anyone else has had issues with the PMAG 15's
Finally was able to get to the range with the Mrs. and her new War Poet MR920. I had bore sighted the Holosun before going, loaded the two PMAGS it came with and threw in a Glock 19 mag I saw in the safe. I also lubed it with Rem oil
The two PMAGS were terrible, failures to feed new round, failure to fire almost every round (didn't notice any problems going into battery) The second mag we were shooting suppressed with same issues. She wasn't happy. We thought it was the gun
Loaded the Glock mag and it ran flawlessly with a couple of mag reloads to her delight.
I got an email Saturday from CDNN with extended Glock 17 round G19 mags for $22.49, I ordered two

dsietsI had feed problems w/ my NEW G26 gen5 when using the PMAG 12 on the first range session.
The feed lips are not metal lined like glock mags.
I switched out to factory glock mags and hotter ammo until I had around 300+ rounds through it.
Then I tried plinking ammo and the pmags again and they worked fine.

patwI have a Foundation MR920 and it preferred the Glock mags as well. I didn't shoot a lot of ammo with the P-Mag but it did have a couple issues. I give credit to Magpul with these mags but I will only use the Glock mags in the guns that can accept them. With the price of Glock mags being so cheap and their performance overall, the P-Mag might be good for clearing drills or the like.

Cool looking guns that dont work.
Put 100 real Glock pistols up against 100 Shadow systems and the Shadow guns will have WAY more stoppages and problems. Its no contest.
I consider them cool range guns.
For defense, get a real Glock.

ruger357I believe shadows require a Break in period.
