While the stock trigger really isn’t bad, I still want to upgrade. I carry it both in a kydex pocket holster at work and iwb outside of work. My choices are Apex either the duty/carry trigger. Or the performance Or I can pick a 3rd option and get the precision overwatch. I have a precision overwatch in a Glock and like it but I’ve played with an apex in a full sized M&P and that was really nice. Which would you pick? And leaving it alone isn’t an option

Very happy with the Apex in my wife's Shield. I'm not sure if there were options when I installed it years ago, but it certainly wouldn't have been a "performance" trigger. __________________ "Owning a handgun doesn't make you armed any more than owning a guitar makes you a musician." -Jeff Cooper

I like the Apex Duty/Carry trigger for the Shield. Great improvement over the stock trigger. I haven't shot a new Shield Plus though. --------------------------- My hovercraft is full of eels.

Honestly the stock trigger isn’t bad. I just like to make things my own and improve where I can but this wasn’t anywhere near the 1st thing I felt needed. I got this gun because of the improved mag capacity and I can put an optic on it. I work in a pretty big factory and I wanted something I can take longer shots with over my G43 in case somebody goes postal.
