FOD I found in my EDC spare mag
I’ve been carrying a M&Pc 9mm in an Alien Gear cloak tuck for a few years. Always have gun on me but spare mag in a mag carrier that I don’t always have clipped to my belt. When not on belt it’s in side pouch of my Swiss Gear backpack I use for a briefcase. Anyway I am switching back over to my G19 and look what had worked it’s way into my spare mag. That would have sucked royal had I needed it. Word to wise there is a ton of FOD (foreign objects) floating around in your briefcase.

I wouldn’t have ever dreamed a paper clip could find its way in here.

Probably dropped at a -30 degree angle.

I'm sure an HK could have fed it, since they can shoot boolets backwards. Big Grin

This thread would be so much better if you had started off by posting the obligatory fail to feed malfunction picture with the paperclip in the feedway.

Similarly, when pocket carrying a gun, even in a holster, you never put anything else in that pocket. Keys, coins, pens and other objects you might normally put in a pant pocket can get jammed in a mechanism or even snag the trigger.
