In reviewing all the posts I can find concerning the AD / ND lawsuits for the P320 I only found one that mentioned a Safariland ALS Duty holster. Have there been any other holsters involved with these "mysterious" discharges?

My reason for asking is future travel to states where my CPL is not honored but OC is allowed and I have been contemplating getting a retention holster, mainly a Safariland GLS model.
