Looking at the Flux Raider P365 Aluminum chassis, there is a large-ish (larger than the other holes, not that it’s that big) hole, which appears to be for a pin, immediately to the rear of the end of the accessory rail cuts. There’s also a little flat spot, machined at an angle, only on the left side, just below and behind the hole. They may not be related, but in my imagination they are… Anyone have any idea what these are for? (It would be fun to say “wrong answers only, but I’m genuinely perplexed, so let’s start with correct answers and then move on from there. LOL) ——————————————— Protect the Bill of Rights

I have been looking at this chassis for couple of weeks now (still in my shopping cart). I have no idea what that hole is for. I have watched couple of youtube videos on this chassis and i did not see any attachment installed. My guess is that FLUX did this for some sort of accessory they are designing for the future.

I'm pretty sure it's so you can add an optic mount if you don't want to mount one to your slide. Lobo Gunn We live, we learn, we lead so that our children may become our Future.

No, those holes are behind the slide-lock lever and in front of the thumb safety cut-out ——————————————— Protect the Bill of Rights

I just looked at mine. I'm not sure what the purpose of that hole is, it goes clear through, narrowing in diameter for the center half or so. I don't think it is for a side optic mount. If you look along the side just below the slide, there are four sequential holes. These are all threaded, and are for a bridge style optic mount.
