I'm looking for an OWB holster for my new RX 320 full size - with the Romeo optic and an X300 light on it - I'd prefer something duty/match style with a slight drop from the belt and no cant - something I can wear on my combat belt setup. I'd love for a Safariland with the ALS system like I'm used to, but they only make that holster for the Glocks with a red dot at this point... It doesn't necessarily need super retention, but it needs to be something good enough to run and gun with.

Looking for recommendations and experience with your favorites please! Also, what to stay away from.
