I already removed the lock and plugged it, but that is pretty nice. I hadn't seen that before. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. For sights you could try Dawson Precision, they may not have that exact model listed but a phone call will likely lead to a fit. “You may beat me, but you will never win.” sigmonkey-2020 “ in my opinion, anything that we can do to trigger a potential aneurysm in a leftist is a good thing and worth doing” nhtagmember 2025 | |||

I spent a bit looking for aftermarket sights when I first got the gun and didn't come up with much. I'm guessing that there are sights that fit, but they may not specifically be listed as fitting the Competitor model. In my inquiry to S&W CS, I also asked about options for other front sights. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. UPDATE: I received an email from S&W Customer Service. I will be sending it back using their prepaid shipping label. They said there are no options for the front sight blade, unless I pay them a lot of money and wait over 3 months for them to do "some work" to it so it can use a shorter front sight blade. I declined that part. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear.
