I have a Sig P365XL LNIB I'm going thinking about selling. XRay sights. Less than 100 rds. thru it. Also has the Tactical Development rail. Wanted to get your opinion on the value. Thanks!

For what it’s worth these threads are frowned upon here. Generally you should look to Gunbroker or the like to figure out your price or simply list at what you want and come down as necessary.

A gun (or anything of 'value') is worth what the seller is willing to sell it for and/or the buyer is willing to pay for it.
