1911 gunsmith recommendations
I have a Springfield A. TRP that I’m considering having some trigger work, etc done to. Unfortunately I don’t know my way around the 1911 much. Can y’all suggest a few smith’s you have experience with? Thanks as always.

I would contact John Harrison. He is not taking any custom work at this time but if you buy one of his ignition sets he will install it for you. His parts are second to none.

I've had great results from the Springfield Custom Shop doing custom work on their guns in the past. It's been a few years though...

Harrison parts are excellent in quality in my limited experience. All my 1911’s wind up getting Harrison medium trigger shoes put in eventually.

Very cool, and close! This is a shop I assume? Looking them up now. Thanks
