Guys (and Gals) - Quick question - I LOVE the P365 pistol format and currently have three in various configurations - one 365, one 365XL, and one 365X (because I buy extra grip modules or slide assemblies for swapping around) BUT I have not yet handled the new SIG Macro-X grip unit made for the P365X (XL) pistol. I LOVE the X (XL) (one that allows a 12 round mag to fit flush) and this is what is on my EDC pistol, and I shoot this pistol well. I see that the new Marco-X grip comes with three back straps and requires a 17 round mag to fit flush. Can anyone tell me how the Macro-X grip compares in "girth" using the small or medium insert compared to SIG's 365X (XL) factory grip (12rd flush mount mag). I know the length is longer but was wondering about the "girth" of the grip area. Was hoping to get some feedback before committing to purchase this new grip along with one or two 17 rd mags to give it a try. Thanks for any feedback.....

Mark, I don't have the XL/X P365 but do the X Macro, and with the small back strap, it feels just a little too small for my average hand. Too much of the trigger finger wrapping around the trigger. The medium back strap feels just right. Mine, bought second-handed, doesn't have the large back strap, so don't know how that one would feel in hand. Q
