Now that I already bought an upper, source for a cheap 9mm?

Hello- seeing the thread about the LMT lowers made me wonder. I just got a 5.56 from Bear Creek. I was really thinking about a 9mm upper and using the magazine adapters.

Anyhow, is there anyone out there putting out a sub $200 upper in 9mm with a pistol length barrel (less than 12") with charging handle and BCG?

Good luck with that.
Not sure I have even seen a BCG under $150.
