Just wondering, any best practices or tools around on cleaning the comp area from fouling and carbon buildup on a 365 or a 320? Right now, we’re brushing it the best we can, but want to be careful or course. Is there something we can use to make it easier? Thanks in advance!

Slip2000 Carbon Killer. Works great. I’d get a small diameter glass jar the parts will fit into and soak the assembly overnight.

I’ll look into it, but I don’t really want to soak the front sight. Thank you.

Tetra Gun Action Blaster or may be good old fashion carburetor cleaner is a well ventilated area?

Make sure you apply a light coating of oil afterwards as both will stip away all the oil.

According to what I read about the slip2000, it could damage or remove the finish from the slide. Only for internal parts according to the description of the carbon killer. We decided to do it this way: We bought slip2000, will wipe the inside of the comp area, let it sit for a few, then clean it. Hopefully that will work for us.
