CZ Shadow 2, shock buffer or not? Login/Join

I just picked up a second Shadow 2 and I’m trying to decide if I should keep the buffer or not. I took it out on my first Shadow but shooting side by side, I like the one with the buffer in better as far as recoil feel. Maybe just because it’s new?

New one is stock with the buffer in vs one with a CGW reduced power trigger 11# mainspring and no buffer. Shooting both factory Blazer 115gr and my 135gr reloads.

It is installed on the guide rod with the pistol and they give you extras in the case. It does not effect functioning so, I leave it as is on mine.

I don't run them. I've also changed my mainspring from factory to a 10lb. I run reloads around 135 power factor. No issues.
The slide stop is a point of failure on the CZ75 platform, and I suppose the buffers would help prevent premature failure of that.
