Take your pick. I don’t have experience with the Faxon, but the Sig and SiCo are both good to go. 1/2x28 and 13.5x1LH are both pretty prevalent, with the edge going to 1/2x28. I’ve seen both on sale for decent prices recently.

I enjoy having barrels in each as my two pistol cans (SiCo Octane and Rugged Obsidian) share pistons. That way I only need one full set of pistons between them and yet can still be shooting both at the same time. You know, when the zombies show up and you have to dual-wield suppressed handguns...

I think all are good brands. I like Faxon's stuff.

I'd go 1/2 x 28. It's the standard except for some including sig with their dumb LH thread.
