Ruger should make the Max 9 with the removable FCU.

Looks like Ruger is offering the LCP Max with the Magpul grip straight from the factory: Model 23702.

Politicians seem to have forgotten that they work for us, not the other way around.

It says these blurbs about the guns on the Ruger website that most have glossed over...

-Slide aesthetic has been fully redesigned to loosely match the aesthetic of the RXM® while retaining crisp slide serrations and snag free design.

-Improved magazine feed lips, feed ramp, extractor, and barrel cam geometries.

-Patented barrel cam geometry delays unlocking, slows the slide, and ultimately reduces felt recoil compared to other .380 Auto pistols.

So looks like they went back to the drawing board and made some pretty substantial improvements to the gun overall. Ill be interested in one if they release a version without a manual safety. I have zero use for the safety version of this gun.

As for a "new" 13 round magazine, I think its just a mag extension like the 12 round mag. So uses the 10 round magazine body (and spring?). Id be interested to know if the ten round spring is fine with the 13 round mag extension.

It would be nice to see Mischief Machine make a metal frame for this.

The dust cover looks a bit beefy compared to the original frame. I wonder if it will fit in the original pocket holster. Not that the original pocket holster is anything special, but it will be annoying if I have to purchase another.
