I stumbled into a very nice condition Beretta 92SB a couple days ago from a co worker. Looks like it is a 1985 built pistol with a blued finish and has a set of Millett Accurizer sights on it. It is in great condition and looks to have not been fired much. It is a very smooth feeling 92, even compared to my other later model pistols. I look forward to shooting it this weekend. https://imgur.com/Qf2U5Sg[IMG]This message has been edited. Last edited by: Sigwheeler,

Congratulations! Probably my favorite Beretta 92. I picked one up a few years ago, an '82 model I believe.

Aesthetically, I really love the rounded trigger guard, as opposed to the hooked squared off ones in the later versions. I think the 92 SB Compact in particular is one of top 5 most attractive pistols ever made. Edited to add: This one is a fine example... https://www.luckygunner.com/lo...a-92g-compact-carry/

I saw one of these at a local shop, really nice. I bought the P220 38 Super instead.

The polished blue finish on those early ones is gorgeous.
