jonremI just stumbled across this thread. I have one just like it. Mine is dated with my birthday, yours is dated with my wife’s birthday!
Awesome gun! I changed out the grips to some VZs and swapped triggers with my 226. I feel like with slimmer grips, the fat trigger feels better.

Cool, I might check out some VZ grips for it. I like them on my CZ P-01. I just got a holster for it and the P220ST via High Noon's sale so I'm going to start carrying both once they arrive.

I was dry firing my P220s today and can definitely say I prefer the trigger on the older one. It has a thinner, grooved trigger and has a pull that’s a little lighter and smoother in both DA & SA. The older one might have had some work done before I got it.
Sounds like one of the older ST's with the 8mm wide trigger, which IMHO is better. Maybe work done...maybe just a better vintage...maybe just more reps.
Either way, you're now twice as nice!
And yeah, that Hinderer for two bills?

photoman12001I cleaned both P220s yesterday. The suppressor host was filthy, in desperate need of a cleaning. I wanted to get the new one lubed so I can hopefully shoot it tomorrow. The newer one is easier to clean; there are fewer cavities and places to trap grime under the slide. I might use it as the primary suppressor host instead of the older version. I also used the 30% discount at High Noon Holsters to order a Stingray for it. I’m looking forward to getting it in a few weeks.

jonremDefinitely easy to clean. They look just as good dirty as they do all cleaned up too. I’ve been using Kroil on mine with great results, particularly for carbon fouling.

photoman12001I shot it today. What a great gun, definitely glad I grabbed it. The trigger on my older one is better, especially DA, but it’s not bad. Once my holster gets here it will probably see carry on the motorcycle and when I don’t care about concealment. Honestly, my CZ 75B matte stainless fills that role now. Those are some big shoes to fill. I shot it today too and it’s a fantastic pistol.
