Besides Cerokote what is difference between Legion and Extreme? Don’t see any significance between my Legion 229 9mm and 229R Extreme except sights.

Legion - X-Ray sights, P-SAIT trigger, G-10 grips (vs. E2).

The Legions have the grip undercut under the trigger guard.

P229 Legion has a more comfortable “beavertail” and to me, this makes the frame much more desirable for everyday use.

I have to said the P220 legion, have a P229 elite and the beavertail is just little big!

I saw a 10mm Legion at the LGS the other day for $1,600, good lord ! It was a BIG gun.
