Hello, I picked up the new 92x Cent. , I love it but neither of the grips fit my hand well. Does any one make a G10 style (or equivalent) that is capable of fitting on the vertec frame but has a smaller palmswell on the back?

Can I buy regular 92 grips and just grind them down to fit ?

I am basically looking for one that is about half as pronounced on the back portion as the standard 92 style grips.

thanks for the info
Shawn

thanks, shawn

You could always email Hogue and ask. They do custom grips.

I'll second VZ grips. You might also look at LOK grips. Either one of these companies should have what your looking for.

Beretta offers a factory g10 wrap around conversion grip for the vertec frame to emulate the stock 92 grip. I suppose you could take a set and recontour the rear hump section if you are so inclined.

A Perpetual Disappointment...

Have you considered Wilson Combat thin Vertec grips?

Well Shawn, Hogue does offer grips that fit not only the 92 model but also the Vertec Models.
Hogue also offers a wrap-around grip in G10. Wraps around the back of the frame that gives you more of the feel of the 92 FS grip frame.
