Barbarian at the Gate |
Picked up one of these primarily as a toy. Linky Fired 300 rounds at an indoor range. 150 rds Mag Tech 115gr and 150 Browning labelled 124gr. Also 10 rounds of Hornady 135gr Critical Duty. Cheap AT3 RD-50 red dot and Magpul MBUS pro backups. Sights zeroed easily. All ammo fed and fired. Only hiccups were the bolt locking back with one round left in the first two mags (Glock OEM 17 and Magpul G9 17 respectively). After those hiccups it did not happen again with any mag, other mags were Magpul G9 21 rounders. All screws stayed tight and very accurate (as expected) Two notes, I did not fully load the mags per break in advice they were mostly loaded 3 to 4 less than full. Second, the magpul 21's are really hard to load once you get 9 to 10 in there, YMMV. All in all I am pleased with this gun. “Posterity! You will never know how much it cost the present Generation to preserve your Freedom! I hope you will make good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in Heaven, that I ever took half the Pains to preserve it.” ― John Adams "Fire can be our friend; whether it's toasting marshmallows, or raining down on Charlie." - Principal Skinner. | ||

I was about to pull the trigger on one of those but found a steal of deal on a MPX instead. Those guys are doing great things. They are starting to advertise a side charging 5.56 platform as well it looks like. Train how you intend to Fight Remember - Training is not sparring. Sparring is not fighting.
