Rick LeeSo, Florida Man, now you can open carry! Retention holster or just open?
There are countless contradictory links out there on the legality of OC in bars in AZ. When we got Const. Carry, you had to have a permit to carry in a bar at all and then it was concealed only. If they allow OC now, that law is opaque and I wouldn't want to be the test case. That said, there is only one official sign that constitutes "due notice" of no guns allowed in AZ and most of the no guns signs in businesses I see are not the official one and thus don't hold the force of law. But again, I wouldn't want to be the test case on that one.

egregore If I were to open-carry, it would definitely be in a holster with some retention to it, attached to a sturdy belt. But I have no plans to.

pedropcolaI kind of just like the point of inadvertent flashing means less now. Assuming I understood the law prior to this correctly.

JSIGPACKMe personally I will not open carry, God knows I did for more that 20 years, but is nice to know that if I print some the police will not go crazy about IT!!!!
