Somebody say 44 ?

I have a 4 inch standard 629, 5 inch classic 629 and an 8 3/8 29. I’ve owned both blue and stainless 3 inchers and I guess I’m too much of a wimp as they both got dealt off to more manly men than I. I also have a 44 Bisley vaquero And 2 super Blackhawks 4 5/8 and 7 inches.
I recently acquired an 1894 marlin haven’t had it out yet. My favorite 44 rifle so far is my 60s vintage 44 Auto ruger Rifle. Has a fixed 3x leupold on it and is nails to ~50 yards with 240 grain ammo. Won’t cycle 180. With Winchester white box 240 it’s amazing up close. Never could justify the price and size of a desert eagle
