I understand the all stainless P220 Carry has a steel receiver/frame. But is the receiver aluminum on the two tone 220 carry that has a stainless slide? Thanks

Yes.
Exceptions are the Elite Stainless reverse two tone, and ("Frankensig" or others) that may have been assembled with a stainless frame in black, with a stainless finished slide.
