What are considered to be safe manufacture dates in the p365? I am looking at NIB p365s manufactured in Nov 2018.

Thanks

Around June-July 2018 is when they came out w/ the beefier strikers. If it comes in the new, smaller case w/ eggcrate foam inside, then it's probably good.

There's plenty of us that purchased P365 pistols from earlier production that have had no issues with them. Mine was produced in Mar 2018 as I recall. It had the slide and sights improvements. 600 rds of all kinds of 9mm and it works perfectly fine.

Issues often dont show until 1,000rds or more. Even so, doesnt mean other models of same date are ok. Best bet is to seek 2019 production and later.
That said, I no longer trust Sig after recent shenanigans with the 365 and 320. I have sold all but one classic model.

I would disagree with that generalization. If a man made product is going to fail it more often than not in early use. If people want to use a certain year of production or 1000 rds as their standard that's fine with me. Geez, many use only one magazine as theirs.
