It was a good week!
I picked up 2 new sigs. The 1st I had been wanting for a while, a p365x. This is my 1st experience with the 365 line and 1st pistol with a red dot. I'm loving it! Already made up a holster for it and it carries effortlessly.

The 2nd pistol wasn't even on my radar. A p210 carry. I just happened to be browsing my local gun classifieds and saw it listed for $800 and thought why not?

I'm really impressed with this gun. The action is so smooth, an amazing trigger and it feels so good good in the hand. I often carry a g34 so this shouldn't be much different.
As amazing as this gun is, there's a few things sig missed...

With such an amazing SA trigger, it has a slightly long reset.
I have large hands and the grip is plenty long for a full grip. Why did they use grips that extended past the frame when standard 210 grips are flush. This seems unnecessary on a carry pistol.

If you're going to put on extended grips, why not do a tampered mag well?
Lastly flush fit mags would have seemed more appropriate. The grip is plenty long, the extended mag doesn't extend capacity and has no practical purpose.

I tried a 225 base plate and while it fits the mag, it leaves a gap that doesn't look right.

I'm really nit-picking and these things won't get in the way of me enjoying this pistol. I may look for some other grips and keep looking for options for flush fit mags that fit.

Any help in resizing these pics to fit would be much appreciated too Wink

Nice, $800 for the 210 seems a good deal?
Not sure what MSRP is on a new one.

I thought so too. Looks like they are selling for 1200-1500 new but I've never seen one on the used market.

FWIW, the used ones I saw were running $1,000 to $1,200. I'd call that a score.

Nice additions. These are on my like to have list and I'm hoping to find a good deal. When I held the 210 Carry, I noticed the longer grip length. Two possibilities come to mind: flush fit for the mag and easier purchase from a holster.

I would have instantly whipped out a credit card for an $800 P210. Nice score!

Thanks. Need to get to the range asap. Looking forward to seeing how it shoots.
Anyone else have one? If so, what are your impressions so far?
