I'll be looking into some of the sights you guys mentioned. Yesterday I fired one 10 rd mag of Federal FMJ with the stock sights. I was amazed at how low the recoil level was. Can't wait to make the sight changeover and install the steel mag release for the Shield mags.

I like the Trijicon HDs, with the yellow front sight. I pick it up quickly, though I would not feel I was at a disadvantage if I had the ones with the orange front sight.

I tried the Night Fusion sights and really liked them, too. Tried to order a pair for my new Glock 19, but whatever they've done to their website baffled me to the point I made my purchase of HDs from Amazon.

I've tried the shallow "V" rear and the big dot, but it is not "natural" for me and I waste time firing the first shot. Moved back to the Trijicons.
