This is where I have to give credit to Glock. Both front and rear sights are very easy to change.
Dealing with un-level slides makes this job a bitch without a vise. I have a universal sight pusher but front dovetail sights are a royal PITA to get out. What would have taken me 15 minutes took 2 hours!
Granted, I'm no gunsmith but changing the rear sight on my P250 wasn't difficult at all thanks to a video link provided by a member. However, that front sight seemed almost welded to the dovetail. After much anguish and cursing I finally was able to install a Meprolight night sight.
PS. It also prompted me to order a vise.
The only other sights I found extremely easy to change were the Walther PPQ.This message has been edited. Last edited by: JGIORD,

Agree and why I let my funny tackle such tasks. What’s a PITA for us, is much simpler for him.
What am I doing? I'm talking to an empty telephone
If, for some reason, you think that sights on a Sig Sauer are difficult, you should just try them on a Desert Eagle. Yeah the 10 and 14 inch barrels are specially fun!

Or try and XD. Crazy tough to get out and install new ones. My smith says he just lowers his head and sighs when a customer brings one in.
